3.1. Cancellations are only accepted in written form via:
- Email;
- Messengers with confirmation;
- Or a written statement at the reception desk.
3.2. The message must include:
- Full name;
- Date and time of booking;
- Phone number;
- Payment method (card, cash, etc.);
- Reason for cancellation (optional but preferred).
3.3. Refunds are processed within 15 (fifteen) business days from the date the administration receives the written request and confirms payment.
