Booking and payment terms

1. Booking a service at our bathhouse is only possible with 100% prepayment for the selected service.
2. After successful payment, the user receives a booking confirmation on the website screen and/or via the email provided during the order.
3. The confirmation includes:
  • the name of the service;
  • the date and time of the booking;
  • the payment amount;
  • contact information for the administration.
4. Without full prepayment, the booking is not considered valid and is not secured for the client.
5. Please ensure that all entered information is correct before making payment. In case of errors or issues with the confirmation, you may contact our support service.

A booking at our bathhouse is considered confirmed after 100% prepayment of the selected service. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise for our clients, so we offer flexible cancellation terms.
If the visit is canceled:
  • More than 48 hours before the scheduled time: the deposit is refunded in full, excluding any possible transfer fees.
  • Less than 48 hours before the scheduled time: 50% of the deposit is refunded.
  • Less than 24 hours before the scheduled time: the deposit is non-refundable.
3.1. Cancellations are only accepted in written form via:
  • Email;
  • Messengers with confirmation;
  • Or a written statement at the reception desk.

3.2. The message must include:
  • Full name;
  • Date and time of booking;
  • Phone number;
  • Payment method (card, cash, etc.);
  • Reason for cancellation (optional but preferred).

3.3. Refunds are processed within 15 (fifteen) business days from the date the administration receives the written request and confirms payment.
4.1. At the client’s request, instead of a refund, it is possible to:
  • Credit the full amount to an internal deposit;
  • To be used during a future visit.

4.2. The balance is retained for up to 6 months from the date of cancellation.
5.1. In case of cancellation due to the organization's fault (e.g., technical issues), the client is always entitled to:
  • A full refund;
  • Or rescheduling the booking to another date without penalties.
